THE END TIMES

Then I, Daniel, looked, and there before me stood two others, one on this bank of the river and one on the opposite bank. One of them said to the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, "How long will it be before these astonishing things are fulfilled?"

The man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, lifted his right hand and his left hand toward heaven, and I heard him swear by him who lives forever, saying, "It will be for a time, times and half a time. When the power of the holy people has been finally broken, all these things will be completed."

I heard, but I did not understand. So I asked, "My Lord, what will the outcome of all this be?"

HE replied, "Go your way, Daniel, because the words are closed up and sealed until the time of the end. Many will be purified, made spotless and refined, but the wicked will continue to be wicked. None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand."

Exhibition of Stupidity

There are so many exhibitions going on in downtown Toronto...vehicles, fashion, books...etc. There's something you may be interested but have not seen it, and it's called " Exhibition of Stupidity ". Follow me and you'll see it all over, how people exhibit their stupidity, very funny indeed.

First of all, you stayed in a hotel, wanted to have some quiet moments that you put the Do Not Disturb on the door. While you're out, the housekeeper(s) entered your room anyway. You're surprised when you came back and found out your room had been cleaned throughly, liked it or not.

Second of all, you heard your neighbours on the floor banning their doors every 5-10 minutes, when you opened the door checking it out, you hardly saw anybody around but the house keepers doing that sort of irritating act instead. The fact was, you never saw any other guests coming by. Rather mysteriously.

Third of all, for some reasons you figured the tap water you've been drinking in room has been contaminated. It could be something in the air, on the carpet, inside the glasses, or any other sources you could have thought of. Use your imagination and well tested it, evidences are all over, it may not be fatal but very annoyed.

Fourth of all, you're upset then you called the hotel manager complaining about all these. The manager brought over the Director of Security and other security guard to your room, telling you nothing has gone wrong except you've kind of delusion in your mind. After all, it's all they've been trying to frame you from the very beginning. While you're more upset, you picked up the phone then called the 911, the hotel staff in your room had gone crazy then tried to stop you by yelling and looking at you maliciously. And the hotel operator told you that she could not put you through because she'd been instructed. By whom? I'm not sure but the Director of Security himself claimed that he'd not permitted. What on earth when a hotel guest is not feeling well and safe inside a hotel, that she does not have a right to call the police as she wishes? It's up to the police to tell her what matters and what doesn't, I believe.

Fifth of all, you called the police anyway by using the cell phone, and the police told you it's the health department you should be contacting. Well you called the health department and being redirected, and you simply asked for an answer. Somebody promised somebody would have called you back by the end of the day, but you heard nothing at all until the next morning. Wait a minute, it's not the end of the world so don't make such a big deal out of it!

Last but not the least at all; your movie entertainment in room was not working, your meals from the room service were lousy...however, you've got a room with the best view in downtown Toronto by all means, believe me it's breathtaking!! You've a feeling that you're on top of the world that everybody can see you on the pedestal, isn't that wonderful and amazing? Only if you can take it, or else you should leave it.

Well the list goes on and on, before your sanity breaks down one way or another. But what'd you expect as it's the exhibition of stupidity you've enjoyed all the time! Enjoy it anyway or you may be excused.

My Vote for US President

The presidential campaign in US is getting fairly hot. For I'm not US citizen I don't have a right to vote, if I have I surely would vote for Hillary Clinton, you bet. Not for any particular reason but simply because she can't afford to lose. Then you laugh, nobody wants to be a loser, yet the reality is you can't be a winner all the time. Let's put it this way, Hillary can't afford to lose is more or less a humility take, well let me explain to you, in a second.

She can't afford to lose because if she's not in power, she can't withdraw the US military from Iraq within 60 days as promised, loud and clear. Though she didn't tell us how. Perhaps she'll figure it out when she's a president.

She can't afford to lose because she MUST move into the White House. If not, she's gonna be worried if the security system is up to standard, to protect her own privacy as a cilivian. That may drive her nuts whenever she takes shower or uses the bathroom, that somebody would spy on her then sell the videos to some VIP guests on the list. Worst of all they sell it cheap. When darkness falls, she may not be able to get a good sleep as usual, fearing of someone may harm her in the middle of the night. Then you laugh, who doesn't? Exactly. There's nobody can be trusted anymore, as money can buy almost everything these days...you name it.

Do I need to say more? As mentioned, I'm not that into politics, but when it's a matter of life and death, we've better watched out. Make sure you vote for the right party, or you're putting yourself in great danger! How could this not be serious?? When the leaders of your country are trading your rights and safety for power and authority.

For these concrete reasons, I must vote for Hillary Clinton if I do get a chance. At the end of the day, she just can't afford to lose as said. Forget about her capability or competency, just vote for her for heaven's sake and for humility!! So that we can be assured to rest in peace, as we wish.

Belated Birthday Wishes

My pals know that 30 January is my birthday, less than 3 weeks ago but it's been liked centuries. However, I'd consider my last birthday was a fruitful one; spending an hour in a court house with a team of players including the Judge, humiliating by my family members - not that they wanted to but they'd threatened to. The following day I decided to leave the crime scene on Flat 13B Ming Yuet Building, Yuet Yuen Street, North Point, Hong Kong; flew all the way back to my hometown, where I belong to.

My point is, I've never had time to make a birthday wish, or any resolution for year 2008, as my life has been very hectic in a sense during the last century. Now I'd like to make 3 belated birthday wishes, in hopes they'll be granted. Apart from that I'd like to make a list of resolutions of 2008, for this one we have to work it out together. In God we trust, in love we're united.

Birthday Wishes 2008

* World Peace - Needless to say this is a long shot. As I saw the PM of Canada making a statement on TV the other day, he said it right, "sometimes you'd need to fight in order to make it right", not the exact wordings but I think he meant it this way.

** Get Married - Well you know I'm an ordinary woman after all, and God has created us in pairs. By learning some tough lessons in the past, this time I must be patient waiting for the right person to come along. Look into his eyes then tell him why he's worth waiting for, how we love each other in the same manner, till death do us part.

*** Act Of Kindness - Do it everyday, everywhere, to everybody whoever needs it.

Resolutions 2008

* Dream Works - Don't give up on our dreams, keep dreaming and take it into actions.

** Nothing Is Impossible - It's all unbelievable, only if you dare to dream and make it happen.

*** Be A Nice Person - Well depends on how'd you define "nice". My definition is rather simple; honesty, integrity, and competency. These qualities are most important in a person. We're all sinners yet learn by mistakes, it's never too late to make it right again.

You may agree or not, it's called a freedom of speech. Why don't you make up your own list and we'll see.

PEOPLE OF THE MONTH - FEBRUARY 2008

Since I'm now in Toronto, getting to know your Mayor is very important task. It's all about a better vision, safety, future...etc, there's no laughing matter. Hence you may want to enhance your wisdom politically from time to time, not necessarily mean that you want to be a politician, but you'd need to be connected with the world, especially when it's a matter of life and death.

David Miller - Mayor of Toronto

Like most Torontonians, Mayor David Miller immigrated to Toronto. He and his mother arrived from England in 1967, and moved to Toronto in 1981.

As a high school senior, the mayor played hockey and was known to use his size to his advantage in the corners. Mayor Miller received a degree in economics from Harvard University and a law degree from the University of Toronto.

Before running for public office, he was a partner at the Toronto law firm Aird & Berlis, where he specialized in employment and immigration law and shareholder rights. He became a Metro councillor in 1994, and in 1997 he was elected to the new City of Toronto council where he served two terms.

In November 2003, Torontonians chose David Miller as their new mayor and in November, 2006 he was re-elected for a second four-year term. His mandate is to make Toronto a city of prosperity, opportunity and Liveability for all residents.

He and his wife, lawyer Jill Arthur, are the parents of two children.

Among his many accomplishments as mayor, securing a New Deal for Cities with senior orders of government is one of his proudest. Through the Deal, Mayor Miller has enabled Toronto to garner new powers, money, and respect from provincial and federal governments. Under his leadership Toronto has become the only city in Canada with a direct agreement with the federal government on transit funding.

In addition to advocating for the city of Toronto, Mayor Miller has also become one of the dominant voices for the national urban agenda.

As the City comes into its own as a full-fledged government, it is reinvesting in Toronto's neighbourhoods and communities through initiatives like the Mayor's Community Safety Plan, the Clean and Beautiful City Initiative, rejuvenation of parks and public spaces and through ongoing revitalization of the waterfront.

This is leading to real change that has inspired a new sense of civic pride, responsibility and belonging among Torontonians.

Playing God

I'm never good at jokes, but let's try one for today.

There are delegates of the following countries / regions gather together for an important conference in some where out there. Obviously they are in no particular orders: Africa, Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, India, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Korea, Mongolia, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States......

Everybody looks awfully serious and shows much concern of a guy who's been detaining for ages, sitting in the center of the room with a blindfold. Everybody wants to get rid of him in a way, as this guy has been causing a lot of troubles such as playing God. However, no charges could have pressed time after time, day after day, as no evidence could have put him behind bars. Ironicially, that everybody looks more miserable than the guy who's been suffering, how hilarious.

All in a sudden the telephone rings. None of the delegates dares to speak in private anymore, as there's no privacy at all over or under the table, any longer. They all switch the phone to hands free, hearing a voice asks, " Why are you keeping my man and what are you accusing him and where are you heading besides a dead end? "

Nobody dares to say anything except for the Chinese, " Who are you and who do you think you are, ah? "

" I AM GOD " is the answer.

" Well that's impossible, because we're in hell. " the Chinese proclaims proudly.

In no time a thunder strikes through his forehead then the voice says, " NOW YOU'RE IN HELL."

Celebrating 100 Post for Solitude100Years

What are these two people in common?
They're human being and they're good looking in a way.
They believe they're in control to take over the world.
They don't believe in peace and harmony, but they do talk about love all the time, may somehow talk you out of death.
They don't believe in our God, that Jesus Christ had been crucified to save our sins.

WHAT IS HUMANITY TO YOU

Home coming has never been rough liked this. For the last couple days I spent in the York Central Hospital at Richmond Hill, Toronto, Canada, it's quite memorable experience that opened my eyes widely and shockley. First I was sent to the ER by the local police officers for a night, then got transferred to the floor organising the mental health program, that they might have seen fit for me. Well, what do you know about life, IT'S SO UNPREDICTABLE.

Paying CAN$1000 per day without the health insurance coverage, since I've been traveled back and forth between Canada and HK. Wow, I'd never spent such money in a ROOM with such SERVICE in my entire life. Doctors and nurses here were most impressive. It seemed everybody had different tasks on a regular basis, while the nurses would come to me having a blood test, in the middle of the night that I hardly remembered their faces. Another time somebody forced me to have medication which's not the same from what the doctor had discussed with me. When I refused it and ran away, they sent the security guards after me then put me in a bed and tied me up. You've got it right, like those movies you've seen such as " One flew over the cuckoo's nest" or so. The most uncomfortable things were, everybody had been treating me liked a 7-year old kid (I wish:-), kept telling me what to do and what not to do. Upon checked in they took away all my belongings, fortunately, I have my BIBLE with me all the time.

GOD HAS BEEN MY STRENGTH.

Way to go and a lot more to tell. My most concern at the moment is, I'm the victim for this time, what if you're the NEXT ONE? If anybody has the power or in the authority, that he/she would do anything to torture you simply because he/she thinks he/she likes to or wants to...it's not a safe world anymore!! If it could happen to me, it could happen to you!! How could you turn a blind eye on this subject matter?? I JUST DON'T GET IT.

A New York Republican once said "aggressive fighting for the right is the noblest sport the world affords". Like most people, I like competition for good reasons. I don't back down from a principled fight, yet there must always be a larger purpose.

Dying is not a problem, but losing faith, hope, and dignity is!!! After all, WHAT IS HUMANITY TO YOU???
You're the 11946911 visitor, thank you and God bless.
