Dear Prime Minister
We're so afraid there will be no electricity no heat no nothing in the coming days, there's no laughing matter during winter time. Will you try harder to protect us from being annoyed or disturbed? If you cannot get your job done will you pass it on to someone else who's more capable?
Now it's already 9pm Eastern time on Nov 11 we're still running out of water. Although it appeared there's water on the ground floor. Odd things keep happening in this specific building but nobody really cares. Shame on you.
